Stop explaining. Guide them, click by click, on the real screen.

Guide-me sits on top of any online tool: yours, or the one you teach. It highlights what to click, tells people what to type, waits for them to do it, cheers them on, and lends a hand after twenty seconds of hesitation. You show it once; every student, client or colleague then does it themselves.

Guide-me on the real site: a wrong click, then helpClick the video to turn the sound on · 45 s

You started your business to sell, heal, teach or create.Somewhere along the way, you also became the help desk.

Your students watch the video, then find themselves alone in front of the real screen. Your clients are afraid to fill in the form. Your team uses five tools, and you’re the one they call at every new click. Your client can’t publish their own article, so they message you. Every newcomer, every season: the same video call, the same walkthrough, the same explanation.

Every “where was that again?”, every “I’m stuck”That’s not your job. It’s become your day.

And it only gets heavier as you grow:

More clients

More “how do I…” questions, the same ones, over and over.

More students or teammates

More newcomers to look after, and know-how that lives in one person’s head.

More tools

More screens to explain, and a manual that’s already out of date by the time you finish writing it.

Simulation or the real software?

Record once. Teach, guide, then assess the skill inside your student’s own software.

Most training tools have people click around a frozen copy of the software. Guide-me has them do it in the real tool, on the student’s own account, with help that fades and then disappears, and progress tracked per person. It’s the difference between knowing the answer and knowing how to do it.

  • My students watch the video, then they’re lost in front of the real screen.
  • I correct screenshots sent by email, one by one.
  • The quiz says they understood. Nothing says they can actually do it.

What Parlamain changes

Every student is guided through the real software, one action at a time. The exam is hands-on, the certificate carries their name, and you see who passed what.

  • Guide-me on the real screen
  • Hands-on exam, no multiple choice
  • Certificate and progress per lesson

This isn’t a documentation problem.It’s a hands-on problem.

You’ve tried everything: the video nobody watches to the end, the forty-page PDF, the video call redone for every newcomer. People don’t learn by reading a manual. They learn when someone shows them, on their own screen, and lets them do it.

More documentation won’t change that. Someone has to take them by the hand. Parlamain is that someone: a halo on the screen, an instruction, a word of encouragement, help at the right moment. Available to every student, colleague and visitor, at any hour.

So what does the solution look like?

Show it once. Eight ways to pass it on.

You click through your site or your software and dictate the explanation. Parlamain turns it into a tour, a guide, a lesson to redo, an exam, a course. One recording does it all.

Nothing to install for your visitors. A free Chrome extension for you, and for your students when they practice.

Follow Camille.

Camille takes your course or joins your team, learns your software, proves it, and meanwhile your site welcomes her. Five chapters, and each time: what she sees, what you see.

Chapter 1

You show the skill, once

Camille signs up for your course, or joins your team. Instead of one more video call, you do the walkthrough in the real software with the extension switched on: nine clicks, and the lesson is written, captured, with sensitive details masked where needed. You dictate two sentences per step.

CWhat Camille sees

What you see

  • Every click becomes a named step
  • Emails, cards and keys masked automatically
  • Your voice is written out for you

What Camille takes away

  • · A lesson in her name, in her language
  • · Screenshots of your real software, without sensitive data
  • · Your voice, or a synthetic voice

Chapter 2

The heart of Parlamain

She redoes it, guided on the real screen

Camille opens the lesson. The software dims, the button to click lights up, and a bubble says what to do. A click in the wrong place? She’s told. Twenty seconds of hesitation? Help arrives, with a word of encouragement. Every action is checked before moving on to the next.

CWhat Camille sees

What you see

  • Guided, light or exam mode: the same recording
  • Required or optional steps, your choice
  • A report per lesson and per person

What Camille takes away

  • · A halo on the element, an instruction read aloud
  • · The text to type, the box to tick, all checked
  • · Encouragement, help, Previous, Skip, Retry
  1. 1She opens the lesson
  2. 2The element lights up
  3. 3Every action is checked
  4. 4Help and encouragement

Chapter 3

She proves she can do it

End of the week: a hands-on exam. No multiple choice. Camille does the walkthrough again with no help; a hint only comes after several mistakes or a long hesitation. A score, a pass mark, a certificate in her name.

CWhat Camille sees

What you see

  • The score reflects the help she received
  • The pass mark is yours
  • Who passed, who needs to review what

What Camille takes away

  • · The real screen, with no hints
  • · A hint only if she gets stuck
  • · Her certificate, ready to print
  1. 1You switch on the exam
  2. 2She redoes it unaided
  3. 3Progressive hints
  4. 4Certificate

Chapter 4

You publish, you follow along

Lessons are organized into courses, in your colors. A link, a QR code at a workshop, a frame in the intranet or a SCORM package for the learning platform. The next newcomer starts without you.

CWhat Camille sees

What you see

  • Link, QR code, iframe, SCORM
  • Views, steps reached, exams taken
  • Screenshots refreshed when the software changes

What Camille takes away

  • · A clear course: contents, progress, next lesson
  • · Animated playback with voice and subtitles, anywhere
  • · In her own language
  1. 1Organize the lessons
  2. 2Brand it
  3. 3Publish
  4. 4Track

Chapter 5

And your site guides its visitors

Camille was also a visitor, who came in from your ad. Your page presents itself: the light travels from one element to the next, a voice tells the story, and the path drops her in front of the form. Same recording, another use: selling.

CWhat Camille sees

What you see

  • One path per campaign, one link per ad
  • Tours started, finished, step where people drop off
  • Built by clicking on your own page

What Camille takes away

  • · A site that shows her the essentials, in order
  • · A voice, bubbles, a lit-up button at the end
  • · Pause, next, or “I’ll explore on my own”
  1. 1You walk through the page
  2. 2You dictate the message
  3. 3You add the script
  4. 4You measure

Show it once, and never run the same video call again. Camille never left your site or your software.

Guide-me is worth what it earns your courses.

Your students pay hundreds of euros to learn. Getting their first step right is what keeps them. Our prices follow that value, not the value of a simple screen-capture tool.

Comparable tools that make people practice in the real software sell for €150 to €450 a month per creator, often with students counted on top. Here, students are not counted. The extension stays free to record and to follow a lesson. You pay to publish, track your students and certify them.

The math, simply

Your course sells for €497. If Guide-me saves you a single dropout or a single refund per month, the Trainer subscription pays for itself more than eight times over. And if you deliver websites to clients, the lessons you leave them are a deliverable you can bill for.

Frequently asked questions

What do my visitors or students need to install?+

Your visitors: nothing, the tour is a script on your site. Your students: Chrome and the free extension, to practice on the real tool or take the exam. To read a guide or a course, nothing either.

Which tools does it work with? Even ones I don’t own?+

Yes: anything you can use in Chrome, whether it’s your site or someone else’s. An online shop, a CRM, Canva, Search Console, a Google business listing, a government form. You don’t need to own a tool to teach people how to use it. Software installed on your computer (photo editing, video editing) can’t be guided click by click yet: import screenshots or a video, and Parlamain cuts them into steps.

How long does a first tutorial take?+

The time it takes to do the walkthrough, plus two sentences per step. A nine-step tutorial takes five minutes, translation into seven languages included.

What happens when my software changes?+

“Update screenshots” replays the tutorial on the software and replaces the images. Your texts and your voice are kept.

Is my data protected?+

Screenshots are masked automatically (emails, phone numbers, cards, IBANs, keys, passwords, plus any words you always want hidden). Tutorials stay in your browser until you publish.

Who is behind Parlamain?+

Parlamain is the tool we publish at The Hubtimist, an agency that builds websites and hubs for small businesses. We built it because we kept running the same video call with every client.

Your visitors and your teams deserve to be taken by the hand.

Do it once. Parlamain repeats it for everyone, as many times as needed.
